TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes new molecules in the family of benzo(c) quinoliziniums with properties to activate Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) chloride channels.
These compounds specifically activate CTFR chloride channels without acting on other chloride channels.
