TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The invention relates to new molecules able to modulate the activity of the proteasome. The proteasome plays a key part in the processes of degradation of intracellular proteins and constitutes a therapeutic target for the treatment of cancers. The molecules proposed bind in a noncovalent way to the proteasomes what makes it possible to have a softer and better controllable action of the enzymatic activities and should lead to limit toxicity and the side effects.
