The invention is a novel micrometric shifting device comprising an actuator (piezoelectric bender), a support and setup structure, linked together by an inventive uncoupling mean that allows

-       to shift the ringing frequency (upper bound of frequency) of the device from 100 Hz to more than 1000Hz,

-        to fix the transfer function of the device and to assure the stability of the response for all setup positions (translation and rotation) of the support and setup structure,

-       to obtain a flat transfert function from 1 to 1000 Hz by prefiltering the commands with the inverse of the 'mechanical' transfer function.
