TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes a new method for the calibration of reverse transcription reactions.
This method uses a synthetic messenger RNA (smRNA) designed for the normalization of reverse transcription of mRNAs of a biological sample. Said smRNA does not interfere with the reverse transcription of sample endogenous mRNA.
