TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to new inhibitors of the nucleic enzyme poly(adenosine 5'-diphospho-ribose) polymerase PARP-1. The inventor identified and characterised a new protein implied in the regulation of PARP activity. They used this protein as a therapeutically target, diagnosis or screening.
