Principal Investigator : M. Mechali
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The present invention relates to the use of a peptidic sequence which comprises or is constituted of a peptidic chain of at least 65 contiguous amino acids selected from the amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO: 4, SEQ ID NO: 4 being delimited by the amino acid in position 76 and by the amino acid in position 160 of SEQ ID NO: 2 (human Geminin), provided that, if present, the flanking regions of said peptidic chain in said peptidic sequence are different from the flanking regions of said peptidic chain in SEQ ID NO: 2, for the preparation of a drug intended for the treatment or prevention of pathologies implying pathological DNA replication and/or differentiation disorders, or disturbance of the cellular proliferation/differentiation balance.
