TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes novel oligosaccharide based particles obtained by an original method. Contrary to common methods, neither solvents nor heat stages are required. The use of raw materials such as cyclodextrin and oil which are innocuous for organisms or the environment, permits encapsulation of hydrophobic or hydrophilic molecules. Moreover, particles can be lyophilized with no cryoprotectors, and are shear stress sensitive.
