TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes a novel process to produce La doped barium titanate powders by a specific natural chemical process. With SPS sintering and thermal treatment ceramics with the following major characteristics can be prepared:
- relative permittivity above 100 000 for a range of frequency of 0.1 -100 Hz (see curve)
- no ferroelectric properties between -100 and +200°C
