CONTEXT
Up top now
it has been impossible to measure the misalignement of objects contained in a
membrane which dimensions exceed some mm2 due to various factors as absroption
of light by the membrane or lack of space to displace the detector backward...
Such measurments have been done on samples cut in a membrane which means
destructive tests on one hand and off line measurement on the second hand.
