OVERVIEW

The device has a magnetic radiation emitting layer generating magnetic field in a structural unit, where the field generates electrical field in a zone of the unit. A detecting layer measures two electrical field components along two directions forming a non-zero angle between them. A calculating unit obtains a value of electrical conductivity and/or dielectric permittivity in the zone from the components.
