CONTEXT

Synthesis on solid support has become a very effective method often used for the production of combinatorial libraries of products for pharmaceutical chemistry and agricultural chemistry. However these solid support methodologies have several drawbacks, such as the price of functionalized resins, their low specific loads and the fact that the reactions take place in heterogeneous phases and that it’s difficult to use high temperature reactions.
