TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The present invention concerns a new system of culture of cells or micro-organisms, characterized by the fact that it includes an enclosure made up of a tank and a lid, adapted to define at the state closed a tight volume under controlled pressure and a unit conceived to be placed inside the enclosure while being likely to be withdrawn from this one at the time of the opening of the lid.
