TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes a
process for converting vegetable oils and ethanol into a mixture of biodiesel
and glycerol ethers in one heterogeneous catalytic step. The catalytic system
used promotes as well the transesterification reaction with ethanol and the
etherification of glycerol with ethanol.
