TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The present invention relates to a transgenic mouse which has integrated a reporter gene in the locus of the Cx40 gene, wherein said reporter gene is expressed in the different components of the cardiac conduction system (CCS) including the atrio-ventricular node (AVN).
