TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes novel lipophilic compounds with a phosphoramide functional group between a lipophilic moiety and a cationic part. According to in vitro and in vivo (mouse) experiments, these novel lipophilic compounds have much better transfection properties, and fewer cytotoxic side effects than existing non-viral vectors.
