TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The invention describes a device and a method to vary a capacitance positively and negatively, resulting in a decrease of the equivalent capacitance of an external component (circuit, capacitor ...).
The invention includes :
- a specific dipole with specific material,
- a DC power supply
- a method to adjust the dipole capacitance
