CONTEXT
Halogenated compounds (X), and
especially fluorides, are widely used in various areas. The high stability of
the C-X chemical bond is responsible for the very low biodegradability of theses
compounds. The commonly used transformation methods for these compounds are
based on the organometallic activation and the reduction of the chemical bond.
Theses methods requiere strictly anhydrous conditions and toxic compounds and
are therefore difficult to implement in the industry.
