TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes software for the identification of nucleic acids or polypeptidic sequences of pathogenic organisms whose sequences are likely to present a high rate of mutations. This software can identify amino acids that never undergo a mutation from data banks containing all the variants of the same protein. This process can be use to help indentify drugs that disadvantage the appearance of more than one mutation to limit drug-multiresistance.
