CONTEXT
The chemotherapeutic treatments of cancers, in spite of the availability of active antitumor molecules like oxaliplatin, have a limited efficacy by the frequent appearance of cancer cell resistance to the cytotoxic effects of the drugs. Therefore, there is still a need for new methods for the detection of in vitro resistance of cancer cells to a treatment and compositions to circumvent such cancer treatment resistance.
