TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Different hybrid cell lines, and notably those designated 1F10 and 7D2, (hereinafter referred to as the "hybridomes"), which produce the monoclonal antibodies anti-Human Interleukin for DA Cells/Leukemia Inhibitory Factor (HILDA/LIF) were obtained during the course of a research in the laboratory. In particular, the study and selection of the monoclonal antibodies and the development of an ELISA test were realized in the Laboratory.
