TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

subject of the invention is to construct a human scFv library, based on a
single framework, optimized for intracellular expression and displayed on
filamentous phage.
This
invention gives the principles to create a large fully human synthetic scFv
library optimized for intrabody selection.
