CONTEXT

Memory troubles linked to Alzheimer disease are known to be associated with the loss of the cerebral cholineric functions through a drop in acetycholine neuromediator. Current symptomatic therapy aims at increasing the level of acetycholine by inhibiting acetylcholinesterase, the enzyme responsible for acetylcholine degradation. There is currently a demande for an efficient safe inhibitor and esay to synthesize as most of current commercialized inhibitors are hard to synthesize and have side effets.
