TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
Indeed, the important number of protein type degraded in the proteasome suggests a strong role in the growing cell and mitose process. The proteasome is also implicated in antigenic peptide presentation to immune cells. Those functions suggest that the proteasome inhibition could lead to treatment of cancer, autoimmune disease, inflammatory disease... With the proteome activity on oxidized protein also suggest for this new molecule an anti-aging activity.
