Aloisines, are a new family of protein kinases inhibitors, proteins implied in the cellular cycle. The inventors characterized their anti-proliferative properties and optimized their formulation for an anti-cancer application, crystalline structures CDK2 and GSK-3/ Aloisine A having been obtained.
