Monitoring device for cell culture evolution based on thermal factors

CONTEXT

In the biomedical sector, a new device allowing real time monitoring of cell cultures has been developped.

The innovation lies in that this device is based on thermal principles contrary to existing systems based on optical or electric principles.

The devices measures precisely slight thermal energy dissipation variations at the culture surface which are representative data of the cell culture evolution.

Prototypes have already been tested.
