CONTEXT

The development of tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKI) has revolutionized the treatment of patients with Chronic Myeloid leukemia (CML). TKI is now used as first-line treatment of patients with CML. To better understand the heterogeneity of responses of patients and / or toxicity of these substances, an assessment of the amount of patients intracellular TKI, while maintaining their attachment to target molecules and their retention / accumulation in the cells is necessary. Currently no method of detection of TKI in living cells has been described. In this context, we developed a concept for measuring Intracellular measurement of various TKI in living cells of CLM patients.
