Graphene, a one-atom thick layer of graphite is the ultimate nanoelectronics component. First studied in 2004, it has outstanding electrical and mechanical properties, such as carbon nanotubes, with the added advantage of a pure and cheap starting material (graphite). Graphene solutions and dispersions are now actively researched in order to be able to process graphene into composites and deposits.
