TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The deconvolution module « H.T.P. Deconvolution », allows very rapid deconvolution on a standard PC using different optimised iterative deconvolution algorithms. With only a few options and a very simple user interface, it supports batch deconvolution for time series as well as multicolour time series.
It allows deconvolution of an opened image stack as well as series of image stacks with a minimum of parameters.
