TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention concerns the characterization of solutes (like molecules, proteins, polymers, latexes or particles...) contained in a mixture. More specifically, the invention allows determining the hydrodynamic radius of each individual solute by Taylor dispersion analysis after a capillary electrophoresis (CE) separation.
Interest of this invention is to obtain the hydrodynamic radius of each individual solute instead of an average determination based on the mixture.
