CONTEXT

Since 1963, resin type insoluble supports have been introduced into many syntheses in order to facilitate the purifications of products and more particularly in the field of combinatorial chemistry during the last decade. However very effective solid-support synthesis still suffers from a certain number of problems linked to the heterogeneous nature of the reaction conditions. The drawbacks of solid supports have led to the exploration of alternatives in order to find homogeneous conditions.
