TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes a new expression system to supress the toxic effect of hydrophobic peptides in Procaryotes. The expression system includes a plasmid characterized by 3 nucleotidic sequences running from 5' to 3' and coding successively for a soluble protein, an Asp-Pro dipeptide and a toxic protein. The system allows the production of membrane domain of viral proteins (HCV, HIV...) or other toxic proteins.
