TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
This invention describes a method to obtain nano or micro-particles composed of organ soluble biodegradable polymers and hyaluronic acid. With the use of hyaluronic acid, these particles and their therapeutic agents are transmitted to chondrocytes to treat cartilage lesions. These particles increase bioavailability of therapeutic agents, reduce the amount administrated quantity and administration frequency.
