CONTEXT
Existing methods for producing vesicles or capsules with a controlled content (size and concentration of the suspended particles) such as lipid film hydration, double-emulsion or inverse emulsion techniques are either difficult to scale-up or limited by a low reproductibility, a poor control on the size, or by the presence of remaining solvent or defects.
