It has been proved that calcium plays a critical role in bone density, cutaneous metabolisms, particularly in terminal epidermal differentiation and in feeding with as result, the calcium homeostasis maintain. But calcium must be bioavailable and mediated by efficient molecules, especially in the skin and bone. One of the main methods currently used to obtain these actives, consists in extracting organic molecules from vegetable. This process requires a high quantity of raw materials and extraction output is very low, so costs to carry out this method are expensive. The present invention is about a new extraction process to obtain molecules that overcome the drawbacks of the existing processes.
